By using KidiBank, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

KidiBank is a family allowance and money-tracking tool. It does not hold, transfer, or manage real money. All balances displayed within the app are virtual and informational only.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to create a parent account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your family's data.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

KidiBank is intended for personal, non-commercial family use only. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or exploit the service.

5. No Financial Advice

KidiBank is not a financial institution and does not provide financial advice. Balances displayed within the app are informational only and do not represent actual monetary holdings.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

KidiBank is provided "as-is," with no warranties on uptime or data preservation beyond commercially reasonable best efforts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidiBank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
